A fourth-generation Newport Beach native, Ryan takes pride in his community’s history while building its future. He started his career as a team leader for a large institutional lender, before launching his own brokerage in 2018. Today, Ryan is a seasoned investor with corporate brokers licenses in the real estate and mortgage industries. He’s earned a reputation for developing design-forward homes that consistently break sales price records in their communities—from fix and flips to short-term rentals, long-term holds, and multi-family investments. Ryan leverages his expertise in creative problem solving and strategic solutions to generate lucrative opportunities for his team and investors.
Ryan is also an active father, soccer coach, and adventurer. Outside work, you’ll find him & his third eye seeking Zen, hitting the bunny slopes on his mountain bike, or trying to keep up on the pickleball court.
